Employment Benefits (US)


Artemis employees enjoy a rich benefits package including healthcare, life insurance policies and time-off benefits. Following is an overview of our benefits program, which complements our employee-focused work environment. We create a positive atmosphere in which employees are recognized and rewarded for their contributions toward organizational goals.
Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance/Prescription Drug Program
Artemis employees may elect one of two types of healthcare coverage for themselves and their families for a minimum cost. Contributions are on a pre-tax basis and full-time employees are eligible for health care benefits on their 1st day of employment.
Flexible Spending Accounts
This program allows employees to set aside funds on a pretax basis for medical and dependent care expenses.
Employees may elect to deduct up to $5,000 from their paychecks to assist them in paying for medical, dental and vision expenses not covered by insurance, such as deductibles and copays.
Employees may contribute up to $5,000 for childcare or elderly care expenses per calendar year.
Employee Life Insurance and AD&D
Artemis provides life insurance and AD&D coverage for employees up to a certain dollar amount.
Supplemental Life Insurance and AD&D
In addition to Artemis-paid employee life insurance and AD&D policies, employees have the option to select supplemental life and AD&D insurance for themselves and their dependents at reasonable rates.
Short Term Disability
Artemis pays for short-term disability coverage for employees. Employees are eligible to receive up to 70% of their base salary for a maximum of26 weeks in case of a qualified medical illness or disability.
Long Term Disability
Artemis offers long term disability insurance for individuals interested in protecting their income due to an illness or disability that lasts longer than 26 weeks. Rates are based on employee’s annual salary.
401(k) Plan
Employees may contribute a portion of their base salary on a pretax basis to save for their retirement through investment options managed by Fidelity Investments. The plan includes rollover and loan provisions.
Pay Days
Employees are paid semi-monthly; direct deposit is available.
Vacation
Employees begin to accrue vacation hours from their first day of employment. As length of service with the Company increases, vacation accrual hours increase.
Holiday
Eligible employees receive ten paid holidays per year.
Tuition Assistance/Continuing Professional Education
We encourage continuous education and development of our employees - we offer assistance to help employees develop their knowledge and skills.
Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance program is a company paid benefit and is available to all employees and their immediate family members. This program is designed to help you resolve problems that can adversely affect the personal well being of you and your family, as well as your performance on the job.
Pre-Paid Legal Services
Employees may elect a Pre-Paid Legal Membership for a minimal monthly cost. This service provides you and your family with a comprehensive legal service plan, peace of mind and immediate access to top-quality legal protection.
