With one of the largest Departments of Transportation in the country, New York State DOT is responsible for over $5 Billion in Transportation spending. Over one hundred users manage their design of pre-construction projects in Artemis to facilitate communication between regions, schedule projects and provide executive-level status reports.
New York DOT is actively engaged in expanding its Artemis implementation to involve all project managers in the state, provide extensive resource management capabilities and broaden automated interfaces to key systems. Their focus on resource management and accurate real-time reporting is mandatory as they transform the DOT to provide a more customer focused organization.
